Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Online registration for the 2018/2019 season will open on July 1st, 2018, at 5:00 pm for returning players, and on July 15th, 2018, at 5:00 pm for new players. 

Every participant (playing and non-playing members) need to follow the steps below. Note: an enhanced visual version of the step-by-step guide is also available for download on this page. 

Step #1: Go to www.gayhockey.com/registertoplay

Step #2: Click on "Create an Account" located in the top left corner. 

Step #3: Fill out the form to create an account.

Step #4: Check your email and validate your email address.

Step #5: Go back to www.gayhockey.com/registertoplay

Step #6: Click on the “Register: 2018/2019 Season” button to start your registration session.

Step #7 - Welcome Page: Review the contents of this page. At the bottom of the page, you will be required to either create a SportsEngine Account or sign into your existing SportsEngine Account in order to advance the registration session. 

Step #8 - Who Are You Registering: Indicate if you are registering yourself or registering someone else. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom to advance the registration session. 

Step #9 - Registration Type: Indicate if you are registering as a Playing Member or as a Non-Playing Member. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom to advance the registration session. 

Step #10 - Player Information: Provide contact information for the person you are registering. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom to advance the registration session. 

Step #11 - Emergency Contact Information: Provide emergency contact information for the person you are registering. Non-playing members will not be asked for this information. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom to advance the registration session. 

Step #12 - Questions:  Complete the short list of questions. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom to advance the registration session. 

Step #13 - Waiver: Carefully read the release form and click the checkbox at the bottom to confirm you have read, understand and agree to comply with the release form. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom to advance the registration session. 

Step #14 - Review: Review the information you have provided and make changes if required. Click the "Continue to Shopping Cart" button at the bottom to advance the registration session. 

Step #15 - Shopping Cart: The payment option defaults to "Pay in Full". Change this to "Pay Offline" if you want to pay by PalPal, email money transfer, or check. Click the "Checkout" button at the bottom to complete your registration session. 

Fees

Playing Members $500.00
Non-Playing Members $50.00

Payment is due by August 15, 2018.
